Haystack LLC is looking for a full time Marketing Coordinator to support an experienced, successful, and rapidly growing financial planning and wealth management firm in New Albany, OH. We are seeking a professional who is natural at creating, communicating, organizing, and delivery marketing strategies and solutions to our existing clients & prospects.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating both virtual & in-person educational workshops
  • Organize client appreciation gifts & lead events
  • Arrange client educational events
  • Direct our social media presence & website
  • Manage our systematic email marketing program & quarterly Lifestyle magazine
  • Answers phone calls and responds to emails with professional demeanor, integrity, and positive attitude
  • Handles sensitive, confidential, proprietary information with discretion & handle incoming & outgoing correspondence with the highest level of compliance

Required Education & Experience

  • HS diploma required, financial securities industry experience a plus
  • 3 years minimum of experience in marketing support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Adobe Acrobat & other technology applications
